Untitled Walk

I project onto rice paper because the image reads from both sides. You can walk around it and stand behind it and still be inside the picture, so the image becomes something you have a physical relationship with. Here the projections were videos I shot in the State Historic Park next door, hung so that visitors moved between them. I wanted the plants outside to come inside, and for people to notice where they were standing while it happened.
